At this point in time there are currently no Rebate options. However clients who have NDIS may be able to claim services through their NDIS self managed plans.

Adjusted prices can be consider on individual cases,
for example, seniors, concession and students. Monarch Minds is committed to supporting individuals to access the support they need for a fair price. Please feel free to reach out and discuss your options

Unfortunately Medicare does not yet recognise counsellors under their Medicare scheme. Counselling associations are working hard to get counsellors recognised to allow for further support to those accessing support through counselling services. 

Monarch Minds is a fully registered telehealth business. All documents and session notes are kept confidential and securely through a secure storage system called Halaxy. 

All session are confidential and private. Should the counsellor however believe that there is risk to yourself or persons around you then the appropriate actions will be taken.
